Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1⁄4 cup tamari
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons CBD oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Rice for serving

Press the tofu to remove moisture then cut into 1-inch cubes.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu and stir fry 5 minutes until browned. Remove tofu and set aside.
